Frymaster PF80LPS Details

Filtering your oil has never been easier than with this Frymaster PF80LPS 80 lb. low profile portable fryer oil filter with standard gravity drain! This unit features a standard gravity drain that extends the usable life of your oil by removing sediment, carbon deposits, fatty acids, and other elements. Additionally, it is designed with a low profile 10 1/2″ tall tank, which allows it to fit into tighter spaces than a standard 80 lb. fryer filter. Running regular filtration cycles reduces how much money you spend on oil and helps you produce consistently high-quality fried foods!
This easy-to-use oil filter turns on with the flip of a switch to activate or deactivate the filter pump. A thermal overload switch on the pump motor provides protection against overheating, and the filter also has a heater / filter switch for use when filtering solid shortening. Plus, it features a long nickel plated steel wand with a non-heat conducting handle for safe, worry-free usage.
This model comes with a filter starter kit, a stainless steel filter pan and pump assembly housing, and a 5′ return hose. It’s powered by a 1/3 hp, 4 GPM heavy-duty pump and is built with four swivel casters that provide easy maneuverability in your busy kitchen. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
