This Hatco IRNG-BXC1-18 countertop induction range combines the benefits of fast, flameless induction cooking with sleek styling and easy-to-use controls. This model boasts a patterned black, glass-ceramic top that helps prevent noticeable scratches and provides excellent durability while still looking great, and its wide design can accommodate induction-ready pots and pans that have a bottom diameter between 4″ and 11 3/4″ wide. And since it can muster 1800W of cooking power, you can use it for all of your cooking needs from stir frys to stock pots. The cookware must have a flat bottom to work properly. Because it uses induction to heat the cooking vessel, this range maximizes efficiency and safety – there is no open flame, minimal ambient heat, and you won’t have to change out fuel canisters like on a butane range.
Perfect for front-of-house use, this model features an extremely quiet fan that won’t bother customers while in use, and keeps the electronics cool and safe. The unit’s intuitive control set features an LED display, a timer, and a knob that makes it easy to set and adjust.
