A direct replacement for the set that came with your Vollrath Redco 15001 or 15017 InstaCut 3.5 (sold separately), this blade assembly keeps your dicer in working order so that your prep line can stay up and running! Keep an extra blade assembly on hand to quickly swap them out if needed during busy times in your commercial kitchen, or use this assembly to change the cutting style and size of another InstaCut 3.5 unit.
