Use this scoop to reach down into the lower part of your fryer and scoop out food particles that may have fallen off during the cooking process.
The rod and scoop box are made from 304 stainless steel for the durability you need in a commercial kitchen, and it is specially designed to reach down past the heating elements in many popular tube-style deep fryer makes and models.
