Toast bread slices, bagel halves, and other popular cafe foods with the Hatco ITQ-1000-1C Intelligent Toast-Qwik conveyor toaster! This conveyor toaster features four operating modes that let you toast a product to a customer’s exact taste. The programmable touch-pad controls are easy to use and let you make quick adjustments to cooking times, and the internal memory can hold up to 18 product settings at a time.
The built-in Spot-On technology senses when a product is placed on the conveyor and automatically activates the set toast cycle. This toaster has reflectors behind both sets of elements to provide even color and more efficient energy usage.
The ColorGuard sensing system monitors and adjusts conveyor speed and temperature to toast food consistently. A probe near the opening monitors the temperature constantly so the system senses when the cabinet temperature drops. Then, the belt speed is automatically reduced to account for the lower temperatures. This smart technology results in more consistent batches for a quality product every time.
For energy efficiency, a power saver mode automatically kicks on after a set amount of time, and for programming convenience, this unit comes with a USB port. Hatco toasters are also insulated, resulting in some of the coolest surface temperatures in the industry for added safety! The bottom return ramp is hardcoated so food won’t stick after it’s toasted. And thanks to the removable crumb tray and collector ramp, cleaning this unit is a breeze. This unit requires a 208-240V electrical connection for operation.
