This Hatco Rapide Cuisine IRNG-PB2-36-IA drop-in dual induction range is ready for your busy kitchen. This high-powered dual range mounts flush against any countertop surface, so you can optimize your limited counter space and fit the unit anywhere that suits your needs! It features 8 surface temperature sensors and a timer for up to 10 hours, allowing you to maximize cooking production. Its easy-to-use control knobs, one on the top and one on the bottom of the attachable control panel, make it simple to set the temperature on the front hob and back hob. With just a spin of the dials, you can swiftly bring your products up to a simmer or boil, with the range tolerating ambient temperatures up to 124 degrees Fahrenheit.
To use, place an induction-ready 4″-14″ diameter pot or pan on the range, enter in the desired temperature on the high-resolution display, and let the range heat up, creating an electromagnetic field that heats the pan without releasing heat into the air. This intuitive range is designed with exceptional Pan Sense Technology and will only begin to heat if it senses an appropriate pan sitting on top. To ensure accuracy, the included food temperature probe can be used thorought the heating process.
This unit features Optimal Power Control, delivering higher power from lower amperage circuits. When needed, this range receives a 25% boost in power and can accommodate two separate cooking systems on a single unit circuit. For added convenience, its User Programmable Presets and 3-stage programming mode allow it to remember your most frequently prepared 6 foods and their associated cooking temperatures, ensuring consistency among your products and saving you time.
