The Waring 502716 1/64″ grating / shredding disc is designed for use with select food processors, and can be used as either a direct replacement for a worn out disc, or you can add this disc to your collection to increase the versatility of your unit!
This disc is excellent for fine grating of hard cheeses like Romano and Parmesan. It can also be used for cracker, cookie, and dried bread crumbs, but should not be used on soft cheeses or moist breads, as this can clog the plate.
