The dual top plates on the WDG300 have a total cooking surface area of 17″ x 9 1/4,” with one side featuring flat plates and the other side featuring ribbed plates. Each plate is constructed of cast iron to heat evenly and add durability to your grill.
Adjustable Thermostat
Precisely control the cooking temperatures for your press with adjustable thermostats for each plate that go up to 570 degrees Fahrenheit.
Intuitive Controls

Auto Balancing
