Cook your most popular deep-fried dishes and sides with the Wells 5E-F556-240 15 lb. built-in electric countertop fryer! This fryer features 5750 watts of heating power for outstanding cooking potential, and it’s designed to fit inside a cutout on your countertop for easy accessibility and use. For easy cleaning, this fryer comes with swing-up heating elements located below the baskets. The element control housing includes a spring-loaded support rod to secure the element when it’s raised, and a positive-off thermostat allows for easy heat control.
The fry pot itself is removable for easy cleaning, and in the event of element overheating, a manual reset safety thermostat will shut off the power to keep the operator safe. Two half-size front hook fry baskets are included for versatility. And for simple installation, the included Wellslok lets you mount this unit inside stainless steel countertops.
