Ensuring a reliable cook temperature, the surface has a near instant heat recovery, regardless of how much food is placed on the cook top. Made with cold-rolled stainless steel, the surface is warp- and crack-proof.
The self-contained sealed chamber uses steam to heat the stainless steel griddle plate to provide uniform temperature, instant recovery, and maximum production at any temperature between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit. The steam chamber never needs to be refilled or replaced. With low radiant heat, the kitchen remains a more comfortable environment. One major advantage to this griddle is that it is Energy Star certified and has high energy efficiency output that keeps operating costs low.
The 4″ high backsplash prevents unnecessary splatter or grease buildup on the walls. Eliminating the need for grill bricks, the device is extremely easy to clean, and the legs are 4″ tall to wipe away grime underneath. The unit features a full front grease trough and 5 quart grease tray for convenient capture and disposal. The digital controls are accessible from the front of the device, and it is capable of (3) preset temperatures. Plus, the manager mode enables a temperature control lock-out. The countertop design takes up minimal space. This unit requires a one phase 240V connection. This griddle is perfect for quickly switching between delicate breakfast options to heartier dinner options without missing a beat in service.
