This AllPoints 421087 flame switch replaces the damaged or malfunctioning one in compatible pieces of equipment, so you can be sure to avoid dangerous accidents in the kitchen. It features a 26″ capillary, normally open (N.O.) pilot safety, and it includes mounting instructions.
This is an old style Keating flame switch from Harper Wyman, the new style Keating switch is from Robertshaw and comes with a 17″ capillary.
