This induction range table top features 1 range and elevates food to a comfortable height for serving. Perfect for use in restaurant buffets or at catered events, the induction top keeps your food warm at the perfect temperature, ensuring that each guest gets a safe and delicious quality meal.
This unit uses induction heating, which is safer and more efficient than traditional methods that require an open flame to stay warm. Induction uses a magnetic field to warm the food rather than elements or flames so that there is less energy lost and no hot surface to injure guests or employees. The elegant, silver anodized frame with oak laminate top is installed in the buffet cart frame (sold separately) to preserve style while still providing a heat source for your banquet.
