Use it to replace a worn or broken part to keep your unit operating efficiently. This assembly includes everything you need to assemble the burner (orifice sold separately). It works with Cooking Performance Group #53, #60, and blank orifices. It’s compatible with Cooking Performance Group FFOP40 40 lb. open pot floor fryers.
