With 4 refrigerated drawers, a 60″ gas radiant charbroiler, and a 24″ griddle, this space-saving chef base offers increased efficiency and productivity when you place the charbroiler and griddle right on top of the chef base where you store your cold ingredients. This base features a durable 1 3/4″ stainless steel top and is equipped with a marine edge to contain drips and spills for easy cleanup. Each drawer in this unit can hold up to 3 full size food pans (sold separately).

The charbroiler’s cast iron grates provide even broiling and have a thin side for searing and a thick side for delicate foods.

The angled sides direct oil to the drip tray, preventing clogging and streamlining your cleanup for a more sanitary kitchen.

This unit includes a griddle with a 3/4″ thick, 24″ wide polished steel cooking surface that offers an impressive 20″ depth, providing ample workspace. Made from durable stainless steel, it is easy to clean and features back and side splashes to protect walls and countertops, along with a full-width waste tray for excellent performance and hassle-free maintenance.

Precision Control

The griddle features energy-saving thermostats ranging from 200 to 575 degrees Fahrenheit, allowing for precise temperature control, making it ideal for various meals.

Instant Ignition

The griddle includes two 30,000 BTU stainless steel U-shaped burners with standing pilots for instant ignition, working with the thermostats to maintain temperature.

Safe and Secure

The flame failure protection system ensures safety and peace of mind. In the event that your burner flame is extinguished, this will prevent the build-up of harmful gas.

Designed for Convenience

For greater ease of cleaning, casters come included so that you can move the unit away from the wall. The refrigeration system uses a 2/5 hp compressor and R290 refrigerant, which is a safe and environmentally-responsible choice for your business. The unit offers a conveniently located, 3/4″ rear gas connection and ships ready to connect to a natural gas supply. The charbroiler and griddle include a liquid propane orifice kit for quick and easy field conversion. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection.
