Designed with frequent transportation in mind, this grill features handles on each end and double crash bars along the front to protect the controls from damage, making this unit an excellent choice for rental applications! This grill comes with a two-stage regulator and hose for a secure connection to your tank, which you can place in a holder on the back if it’s 20 lb. or less. It boasts ten burners placed every 5 3/4″ to ensure the most even heat pattern possible, and it produces up to 159,000 BTUH. It heats to cooking temperature within five minutes, which means that you can complete your food prep and get right to work with little wasted time.
The RWP roll dome / wind guard package includes (1) 36″ roll dome, (1) 36″ bun rack, and (1) 36″ wind guard. The wind guard helps reduce heat loss and ensure even cooking while the dome, when closed, can increase production rates by as much as 40%. The bun / warming rack allows you to toast up plenty of crisp hot dog buns or simply keep food warm. However you choose to use it, this convenient grill set provides optimum versatility to churn out a wide variety of menu items.
With a 70″ x 21″ cooking surface, you’ll find the ideal balance of convenient size and efficient production. The body, legs, cooking grates, burners, under shelf, radiants, water pans, fasteners, and pilot tubes are all constructed with 304 series stainless steel for long-term durability and improved sanitation. Water pans with drain ports not only help make cleaning a breeze, but also reduce grease fire hazards for added safety.
