Great for front-of-the-house display cooking and light-duty use, this Eastern Tabletop 801IND black round drop-in / countertop daisy chain single burner range eliminates the need for open flames and helps to reduce the amount of heat in the room for a safer, more comfortable cooking environment. The induction technology heats only the cookware resulting in hot foods, but a cool surface that will not burn guests or staff. As a result, you’ll be able to safely serve multiple dishes at the ideal temperature. This induction cooktop can be used with any induction-ready pan with a diameter from 4 3/4″ to 10 1/4″ (sold separately) to make your morning stress-free.
This induction allows you to connect up to three units (sold separately) together. By connecting multiple units, you are able to utilize several warmers for multiple dishes, while only using one outlet, making it perfect for locations that have limited outlets. It is equipped with power monitoring technology to account for voltage fluctuations, which can occur in busy kitchens full of equipment. This technology helps ensure consistent performance so that recipes are easy to repeat for maximum menu quality. The buttons on the extended power control allow you to easily switch between 4 different power levels, from 155-185 degrees Fahrenheit. The power control is connected, but not built-in, to give you maximum counterspace, so you can store the control under the buffet and out of sight. The single round induction top can be removed from the countertop or a base (sold separately) for cleaning after a morning of serving a buffet-style breakfast to satisfied guests.
