The induction technology heats only the cookware resulting in hot foods, but a cool surface that will not burn guests or staff. As a result, you’ll be able to safely serve multiple dishes at the ideal temperature. This induction cooktop can be used with any induction-ready pan with a diameter from 4 3/4″ to 10 1/4″ (sold separately) to make your morning stress-free.
The range is built with a glass cooking surface and is equipped with power monitoring technology to account for voltage fluctuations, which can occur in busy kitchens full of equipment. This technology helps ensure consistent performance so that recipes are easy to repeat for maximum menu quality. Integrated sensor touch controls and a digital display take your presentation to the next level while saving you time. With the digital temperature that allows you to switch between 10 different power settings, from 140-460 degrees Fahrenheit, you will not only be able to keep dishes warm at a hotel buffet, but also cook made-to-order dishes that require a high temperature.
