Capable of frying up to 68 lb. of fries per hour, the Frymaster RE14-2-SD 50 lb. split pot high efficiency electric floor fryer is built to provide you with a reliable frying option while reducing operating costs! Its high quality self-standing, swing-up elements and solid state controls guarantee efficient and even heating for consistent results. With a split pot design and 25 lb. capacity per pot, this fryer offers the versatility you need to fry two different items at the same time!
A center-mounted thermostat allows the heavy duty Frymaster RE14-2-SD 50 lb. split pot floor fryer to quickly anticipate and adapt to temperature change resulting from inserting cold food into the pot. Its 1 degree Fahrenheit anticipating action minimizes temperature overshoot to deliver uniform frying results and maximize the life of your oil.
This floor fryer boasts a large, deep cold zone and a forward sloping bottom that maintains the quality of your oil by collecting and removing sediment from the frypot. Its rear flush feature pushes the sediment to a 1 1/4″ IPS-ball type drain valve for quick and efficient cleanup. It requires a 208V, 1 phase electrical connection.
