This fryer is built to provide you with a high-tech frying option while reducing operating costs! The CM3.5 control set features a sleek touchpad interface, an LED display, an oil temperature monitor, an adjustable timer, and a 12-recipe programmable controller. These features yield more consistent results and a higher-quality finished product for your customers. It also features a controlled boil-out mode for cleaning the fryer and a melt cycle to handle solid shortening blocks.
The Frymaster RE14C-SD electric floor fryer boasts self-standing, swing-up elements and a center-mounted thermostat that quickly anticipates and adapts to temperature change resulting from inserting cold food into the pot. Its 1 degree Fahrenheit anticipating action minimizes temperature overshoot to deliver uniform frying results and maximize the life of your oil.
This floor fryer features a large, deep cold zone and a forward sloping bottom that maintains the quality of your oil by collecting and removing sediment from the frypot. Its rear flush feature pushes the sediment to a 1 1/4″ IPS-ball type drain valve for quick and efficient cleanup. It requires a 208V, 1 phase electrical connection.
