Perfect for buffet lines and hospitality suites, the Hatco Maskerade IWRM-UT-06 bottom mount undercounter induction warmer holds prepared dishes at a consistent temperature to ensure they’re hot and ready for service. This warmer can be mounted under a variety of countertop materials, such as engineered, natural stone and novelty, to give an “invisible” look compared to the appearance of traditional food warming equipment. The highly slip-resistant, flexible trivet and induction technology protects the counter surface from the heat of the pan. The induction warmer is hot enough to heat and maintain the temperature of your signature creations, but is cool enough so as not burn guests or staff. With five precise low to high power-warming levels, you can safely serve dishes at the ideal temperature without the need for an open flame. It is also energy-efficient and operates quietly for optimal performance.
Pan Sense Technology (PST) activates the unit only when an appropriate pan is placed on the trivet, and the memory retention stores last-used settings when the warmer is powered on after being turned off. Plus, the built-in safety feature powers down the unit to prevent over-heating. In addition, it includes a remote control panel that allows for the easy monitoring of temperature settings along with temperature control arrow keys, a standby key, and a lock key. The unit also includes one flexible slip-resistant trivet that locates the chafing dish and protects the stone from the heat of a pan. The unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
