Hatco MC-10 208/1 Details

This Hatco MC-10 mini-compact electric specialty booster heater is designed to heat water to a temperature of 180 degrees Fahrenheit for sanitizing and point-of-use dispensing. Ideal for schools or healthcare facilities, this booster heater features a 3.2 gallon storage capacity and fast recovery time as well as fiberglass insulation for superior heat retention.
Made with a stainless steel front for aesthetic appeal, the other sides of this heater’s body have a powdercoated silver-gray finish. Its 6″ legs meet health code guidelines and allow you to easily clean and maintain your booster heater.
In order to keep your unit running properly, it has a temperature/pressure relief valve, a pressure reducing valve, two temperature/pressure gauges, and a high-temperatures limit control. Plus, its low water cut-off works to prevent element burnout due to low water condition.
Water Quality Requirements:Incoming water exceeding 3.0 grains of hardness per gallon (GPG) must be treated and softened before being supplied to the booster heater. Water containing over 3.0 GPG will decrease the efficiency and reduce the operating life of the unit. Product failure caused by liming or sediment buildup is not covered under warranty.
