Each of the three infrared heating elements are independently controlled for precise cooking and to help conserve energy when needed, and the hold function has eight different heat levels to accommodate a variety of foods. The exterior is made of stainless steel to ensure long-lasting durability and easy clean-up, and the touch control panel makes temperature adjustments fast and easy. The drip tray and cooking grate are removable for effortless cleaning, and thanks to its versatile design, this unit can be mounted on four sturdy legs or mounted on the wall (hardware included).
