Apply a phosphate injection system to your booster heater or warewashing equipment with this Hatco WATERTREAT blended phosphate injection system. This system not only protects against corrosion and prevents future scale buildup by introducing negatively charged polyphosphate molecules, but will remove existing scale deposits to extend the life of your equipment. Minerals that otherwise build up and form scale can’t stick together when a measured amount of polyphosphate is in the water, as they start binding with the polyphosphates, instead.
For maximum performance, the water cartridge is rated to handle 100,000 gallons and 200 degrees Fahrenheit when installed on the hot water line before it goes into your booster heater. This system is compatible with MC, C, and S series booster heaters.
