This impressive baker’s table features a 1 3/4″ thick, edge-grain northern hard rock maple flat top, ready to take on a variety of foodservice tasks in your commercial kitchen or bakery. The stainless steel base, undershelf, and bun pan rack offer a firm foundation and long-lasting durability for years to come. The type 304 stainless steel base features a #4 polish and satin finish for a refined, cohesive appearance. Designed with professional bakers’ needs in mind, the 4″ coved riser on the back and sides helps prevent ingredients and tools from spilling or rolling off the work surface. This mobile baker’s table features a rugged built-in bun pan rack that holds up to (8) 18″ x 26″ pans (sold separately) for their easy transfer to or from the oven.
This table’s top is made from North American hard rock maple wood, known as one of the most durable and longest-lasting food preparation surfaces available. Scientific studies have shown hard maple wood to be superior to plastic when it comes to inhibiting bacteria growth, in addition to helping preserve the sharp edges on your cutlery.
