With its 6″ thick end-grain construction, this butcherblock top ensures long-lasting use and beauty. It can be used on its own or paired with CUCLA24B (sold separately) to give you a 35 1/2″ tall work table, ideal for chopping, slicing, or rolling out pastries.
This butcherblock top is made from American cherry wood, which features a smooth grain and rich cherry shades. Featuring an end-grain style top, it’s finished with Boos block cream with a beeswax finish, perfect for use as a cutting surface. With a higher wax content, the finish provides a long-lasting moisture barrier, perfect for periods of storage or light use. It contains a natural formula of unbleached beeswax and food-grade mineral oil, making it safe to maintain and preserve your wood surfaces for food preparation.
