This table features a 2 1/4″ thick top with edge-grain construction and includes a stainless steel towel bar on either side. It has a stainless steel undershelf and a dovetailed drawer with a stainless steel front for easy access and convenient storage. All stainless steel components are 18 gauge with #3 polish and a satin finish.
This table’s top is made from North American hard rock maple wood, known as one of the most durable and longest-lasting food preparation surfaces available. Scientific studies have shown hard maple wood to be superior to plastic when it comes to inhibiting bacteria growth, in addition to helping preserve the sharp edges on your cutlery. Additionally, the varnique finish is resistant to stains and spots, and it’s easy to clean! Varnique leaves a smooth, non-sticky semi-gloss finish that is practically maintenance-free and safe for food contact.
