This liquid propane combination valve from Assure Parts can be used to replace the one that came standard on fryers, ovens, skillets, and other cooking equipment from many popular manufacturers! Because it fits such a wide range of items, it’s a great way to consolidate the stock on your truck. It also gives you the ability to fix an issue for your customer faster since you’re more likely to have the right part ready to go, instead of looking up and waiting on a potentially more expensive OEM part.
It has 3/4″ NPT threads on the inlet and outlet but can be configured to 1/2″ with the (2) included bushing reducers. It uses 1/4″ pilot outlet tubing and has a terminal type combination screw/spade. The max inlet pressure is 0.5 PSI (14″ W.C.) and the default outlet pressure is 10″ W.C. for liquid propane. The gas cock dial is marked “Off – Pilot – On”. It boasts an electrical safety rating of 250mV – 750mV, and a working temperature rating of -40 – 175 degrees Fahrenheit. This valve has a inlet filtered screen and a flow capacity of 485,000 BTUs.
