This natural gas combination valve from Assure Parts can be used to replace the one that came standard on fryers, ovens, skillets, and other cooking equipment from many popular manufacturers! Because it fits such a wide range of items, it’s a great way to consolidate the stock on your truck. It also gives you the ability to fix an issue for your customer faster since you’re more likely to have the right part ready to go, instead of looking up and waiting on a potentially more expensive OEM part.
It has 3/4″ NPT threads on the inlet and outlet. but can be configured to 1/2″ with the (2) included bushing reducers. It uses a 1/4″ male terminal. The max inlet pressure is 1/2″ psi (14″ W.C.) and the default outlet pressure is 3.5″ W.C. for natural gas. The gas cock dial is marked “Off – Pilot – On”. It boasts an electrical safety rating of 250mV – 750mV, and a working temperature rating of -10 – 175 degrees Fahrenheit. The maximum flow capacity (at 1″ pressure drop) is 310,000 BTUs per hour for natural gas.
