Pitco® B4518001 Details

Made of sturdy type 304 stainless steel wire, this Pitco® B4518001 suitcase rack makes it easy to fry burritos, chimichangas, and other wrapped food. The rack features two surfaces that fold together on a hinge like a suitcase. When food is loaded inside, the rack acts as a clamp to hold the food inside. The suitcase can then be lowered into a fryer and retrieved with its tall handle. This prevents the food from unwrapping and causing a mess in the fryer.
When used in conjunction with the B4517901 fryer suitcase support (sold separately), multiple racks of food can be fried simultaneously. This is great for operations that specialize in Mexican cuisine!
Slim and easy to store, the rack features a welded construction for maximum strength and durability.
