With a 40 lb. or 5.3 gallon capacity, this unit helps safely transport used shortening, which reduces the likelihood of oil spills that could otherwise harm your staff.
The 2-wheel light weight frame makes rolling the unit from place-to-place easy, and the built-in front legs allow it to stand independently. Plus, a built-in clip allows the unit to be hooked to a disposal receptacle for quick and efficient dumping. When you finish emptying the container, a spring loaded, hinged cover keeps the lid securely in place.
