Pitco® CRTE 240/1 Details

This Pitco® Solstice CRTE 240/1 countertop electric rethermalizer with digital controls provides a quick way to thaw your precooked packaged meat, soup, sauces, and more! This rethermalizer uses hot water to thaw precooked products to an exact temperature. Since the hot water provides more exact temperature control, it prevents the risk of products being overcooked. This countertop unit features digital controls with an easy-to-read temperature display for simple operation.
The cabinet and tank are constructed of durable stainless steel to withstand frequent use in your commercial kitchen. It has a tank, made of marine grade 316 stainless steel, with a capacity of up to 6 gallons of water and also comes with (4) 11″ x 7 1/2″ x 1 3/8″ soup racks. An integrated drain screen prevents clogging, while the high temperature protection prevents the heating circuit from running if the tank overheats or runs out of water. This unit requires a 240V, 1 phase electrical connection for operation.
