An attached non-stop programmable control panel uses precise warming technology to heat food food faster and more evenly, as well as allows you to easily adjust cooking temperatures. It can heat continuously for up to 9 hours, making this a great option for both small and large events! Because there isn’t an open flame to worry about, it’s also a safe option for busy or crowded events. Plus, the air surrounding the range won’t warm up, ensuring a cooler, more comfortable work environment.
The induction warmer boasts a patented magnetic system with four magnets that attach to any induction chafer bottom, or to a regular chafer. This prevents your existing chafers from sliding over the smooth surface, so you can control your heating and display without additional tools. Since it heats evenly you don’t have to worry about hot spots either. The unit requires a 110V electrical connection for operation.
