This stainless steel caster placement system from Assure Parts helps you move caster-mounted equipment out of the way for cleaning and maintenance, and to put it right back where it needs to be! Its simple design features two stainless steel wheel chocks, which get mounted to the floor using the included screws and anchors. When it’s time to clean or service the equipment, roll it out of the chock, and roll it back into place the same way when done. When your equipment is stationary, it will hold the casters in place to prevent movement.
This also ensures that your kitchen’s exhaust hood and fire suppression systems will perform to specification, too. By marking out the exact location each equipment needs to be with a caster placement device, you also ensure that any fumes created by it can be adequately ventilated by the hood, and that the fire suppression nozzles in your building’s system can extinguish a fire, should one break out.
It is made from 18-gauge type 304 stainless steel for long-lasting durability and corrosion resistance. The caster placement system is easy to install thanks to its 2 included caster chocks and 8 screws and anchors. It complies with NFPA codes 17A (5.6.4) and 96 (12.1.2.3).
