Boasting 92,000 BTU with liquid propane, the included 16 tip volcano burner delivers a tall flame and focused high heat with some spillage tolerance.
Constructed of durable stainless steel with a refractory brick lined chamber, the range features a 13″ wok chamber ring and strainer basket designed for use with 14″ to 16″ woks. Plus, for added convenience, an automatic, swing-out wok filler faucet is mounted on the 12″ high backsplash! This unit sits on adjustable legs and requires a 3/4″ gas connection, 1 1/2″ waste drain, and 1/2″ cold water connection for operation.
