This compact unit features a heavy duty stock pot stove with a 13″ heavy duty steel, black epoxy coated wok chamber that makes it suited for use with 14″ to 16″ Mandarin style woks.
Equipped with a 23 tip jet burner that boasts 90,000 BTU with natural gas, an aluminized heat shield between the combustion chamber and outer body helps to maintain cool operation of the unit for greater user safety. Plus, the clog-resistant pilot helps to maintain peak performance with each use. Designed with durability in mind, this range boasts a reliable stainless steel outer body and legs with a heavy duty steel angle iron interior chassis.
