Designed to fit most 36″ wide gas and electric griddles, this rail mounts on the front of your unit and allows you to hold a variety of 1/3, 1/6, and 1/9 food pans up to 8″ deep. Keep peppers and bacon bits ready for a breakfast omelet, or tomatoes and onions to top off a burger as it’s plated – you can change out the pans as your menu changes through the day without affecting your workflow!
