The Vollrath Redco 15064 1/2″ dicing blade assembly is a direct replacement for the set that came with your Vollrath Redco 15002 or 15018 InstaCut 3.5!

Keep an extra assembly on hand to quickly swap out if needed during busy times in your commercial kitchen, or use this assembly to change the cutting style and size of another InstaCut 3.5 unit (sold separately). If you are changing the cut size of your unit, you may need to purchase a new pushing block assembly as well (sold separately).
