The Vollrath 379041 Redco 8-section corer push block replaces the missing or damaged one on the InstaCut 3.5 and 5.0 series vegetable and fruit cutters. When paired with the appropriate corer blade assembly (sold separately), it helps produce 8 neat wedges while simultaneously removing the core of the food product for efficient production.
