Replace the blades in your 55464 Instacut 5.1 fruit and vegetable wedger with this Vollrath 55477 6 section wedge blade assembly! This blade assembly features a pop-in, pop-out design to quickly swap out with the one that came with your wedger so you can minimize downtime and get your prep operation back up to speed. When paired with the appropriate push block (sold separately), you can also use this blade assembly to change the cut style of any InstaCut 5.1 manual food processing unit. The 5″ square cutting area accommodates a wide variety of fruits and vegetables and allows you to do twice the work in half the time. Thanks to a thermoset blade frame, this blade assembly never requires adjustment!
