Complete your 55458 InstaCut 5.1 fruit and vegetable dicer with this Vollrath 55484 T-handle, dicer push block, and 3/8″ blade assembly! This set includes one T-handle assembly used along with the push block to drive a variety of fruits and vegetables through the dicing blade assembly and quickly produce perfect 3/8″ diced cuts for a professional presentation.
The dicing blade assembly features a convenient pop-in, pop-out design that allows it to be easily removed for cleaning or replacement with another cut style blade assembly (sold separately). The blade assembly’s 5″ square cutting area accommodates a wide variety of fruits and vegetables and allows you to do twice the work in half the time. Thanks to a thermoset blade frame, this blade assembly never requires adjustment!
