Complete your 55468 InstaCut 5.1 fruit and vegetable corer with this Vollrath 55494 T-handle, corer push block, and 6 section blade assembly! This set includes one T-handle assembly used along with the push block to drive a variety of fruits and vegetables through the corer blade assembly and quickly produce 6 perfectly formed wedges and a separated core for a professional presentation.
The corer blade assembly features a convenient pop-in, pop-out design that allows it to be easily removed for cleaning or replacement with another cut style blade assembly (sold separately). The blade assembly’s 5″ square cutting area accommodates a wide variety of fruits and vegetables and allows you to do twice the work in half the time. Thanks to a thermoset blade frame, this blade assembly never requires adjustment!
