Accommodating pans up to 10 1/4″, this induction range features 1440 watts of heating power and 100 power settings for precision cooking and versatility. Its lower settings can be used for sensitive foods like sauces and chocolates, while the higher settings are powerful enough to cook sides and entrees. The timer can be set between 1 to 180 minutes and automatically switches off after the timer expires. For employee safety, a display reads “HOT” after the unit is turned off until the cooker’s surface is completely cooled.
Since this drop-in range uses induction technology to cook with magnetic fields instead of open flames or hot elements, it helps to prevent injuries and burns. Plus, it only heats up the food inside your cooking vessel and not the surrounding air to keep ambient temperatures low and reduce wasted energy.
