Its remote easy-to-use dial style and touch controls combine with LED indicator lights on the control panel and glass top to take the guesswork out of regulating the heat output of your unit. Choose from one of the 5 different power levels using the variable-speed knob to keep your food at the perfect temperature. Plus, this unit includes a 180 minute timer and a “hot surface” warning display for added safety. Additional safety features include over-heat protection, small article detection, pan auto-detection function, and empty-pan shut-off.
Featuring a sleek, drop-in design that requires a 13 3/8″ x 11 3/4″ cutout space, this unit is perfect for any buffet or catered event. Its black tempered ceramic glass top accommodates induction-ready pans up to 14″ in size (sold separately) and is non-porous to make your job easier when it’s time to wipe it down at the end of the day. The robust G4 engine ensures this warmer will be reliable and long-lasting. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection.
