The Vollrath Professional Series 69524 dual hob drop in induction range cooker is designed for light to medium duty use buffet tables or front of the house warming areas in your cafeteria style restaurant, hotel breakfast bars, or even cruise ship. It requires a 26 3/8″ x 15 7/8″ cutout space.
The Vollrath Professional Series 69524 dual hob drop in induction cooker range can accommodate induction ready pots or pans up to 10 1/4″ in bottom diameter. It features two remote digital displays with 3 foot cords, making it easy to mount the controls to your buffet table, self service area, or front of house cooking counter. The control panels require a 7 1/4″ x 3 7/8″ cutout.
Safety features such as a 180 minute timer, an empty pan cut off, a 3 hour auto shutoff, and dual commercial high flow fans help conserve energy and extend the life of the induction range. In addition, the use of induction reduces the risk of injury that is present with the open flames and hot elements of traditional utilities. And since this induction range uses magnetic fields to heat only the food in your cooking vessel and not the surround air, it won’t raise the ambient temperature in your kitchen.
