This Vollrath HPG4-24 24″ 4 burner gas countertop range / hot plate boasts four powerful 26,000 BTU burners that provide 104,000 BTUs per hour, making it simple to prepare high volumes of food at steak houses, coffee shops, clubs, and pubs! These high-output burners are skillfully placed every 12″ to provide full coverage and even heating. This design also accommodates large pots. Each burner is individually controlled with manual control knobs for precise heating. For safe use, this unit has a bullnose to protect the operator from burns.
This durable countertop range has smooth, welded stainless steel burner grates for easy cleaning. It features heavy-duty adjustable legs that allow you to match the height of your existing countertop equipment. The all-metal knobs and heavy-duty gas valves ensure a durable, long-lasting construction. To make cleanup even easier, this unit boasts a full-width stainless steel drip pan to catch grease. It ships ready to connect to a natural gas supply, but it can be field converted to liquid propane using the included conversion kit.
