You can also keep soups and stews hot and ready to serve after they finish cooking. The smooth, 5 kW heating area is made of durable cast iron to help retain heat, while also making it much easier to clean than traditional ranges with coil-style burners. A thermostatic control allows for precise temperature control to accommodate the various cooking temperatures of different foods.
A fully welded, aluminum steel frame with stainless steel front, sides, backriser, and legs provide outstanding durability in your busy, commercial establishment. The fully enclosed 31″ high body features a removable front panel that makes routine maintenance a simple task.
