Add tantalizing smoky flavor to your steaks, burgers, salmon, or grilled vegetables by accessorizing your Vulcan Achiever series charbroiler with this Vulcan SMOKER-VACB36 36″ smoker base! This smoker base is made of heavy-duty welded stainless steel for a long product life and comes equipped with 2 wood trays for your choice of smoking materials. The smoker base can use wood chips, blocks, and even logs so you can get just the flavor you want.
As an accessory for your charbroiler, this smoker base raises the working height of your unit approximately 8 7/8″. It is designed to be used on an equipment stand, a refrigerated chef base, or another piece of equipment that won’t interfere with the operation of the smoker. Additionally, a crumb and grease tray is included to protect the surface below and make it easier to clean up at the end of the day.
