This charbroiler features 4 high-power burners with a total of 58,000 BTU of heating power that make quick work of your most popular meats, fish, and vegetables, all while equally distributing the surface heat to eliminate cold spots and inconsistent results. Plus, the 5 1/4″ cast iron reversible grates combine with cast iron radiants to ensure maximum heat retention. The cast in grease troughs in each cooking grate help to channel grease away from the burners to prevent flare-ups.
This charbroiler features a welded base with stainless steel accents to provide long-lasting durability and strength. The individual controls make it easy to adjust temperatures for each burner when you need to cook different types of food items at once. For the convenience of you and your staff, a heat deflector tray system reflects heat upward during operation, which creates a “cool zone” in the grease drawer that makes cleaning a very simple task.
The low-profile design makes this unit great for kitchens where space is at a premium, and thanks to its 4″ adjustable legs you can make it the ideal working height for your chef and level the grill on an uneven counter. This unit requires a natural gas connection for operation.
