A total of four high performance 25,000 BTU burners ensure maximum heat distribution and control, while the stainless steel front, sides, and top give the unit an attractive, easy-to-clean exterior. The top grates are constructed of heavy-duty cast iron to retain heat and capitalize on efficiency.
One infinite heat control valve is fitted for each burner, which allows independent cooking for up to four different items. Each open burner has a lift off head for quick and convenient cleaning, and for additional cleaning assistance, a removable crumb tray fits seamlessly under the unit to catch any food debris or grease. Measuring 24″ in length to fit comfortably on any countertop, this unit is perfect for advanced cooking and one-of-a-kind sauteing performance. This unit ships natural gas, but comes with a liquid propane conversion kit for your convenience.
