Ensure that your Vulcan V series modular range components are mobile for cleaning and maintenance by adding this Vulcan VDOLLY-36 36″ dolly frame to your unit! This dolly frame is designed to allow you to move your range away from the wall and out from between other equipment so that your employees can more easily clean beneath and behind it. It also makes it easier for service technicians to work on your range in the event of a malfunction or to perform routine preventative maintenance. This caster frame comes equipped with (4) 5″ all swivel casters. Two of the casters have brakes so you can secure your equipment in place between cleanings.
This Vulcan dolly is designed for use with heavy-duty V series modular cooking equipment and bases. It allows you to install multiple pieces of equipment on one dolly, creating the ideal custom cooking line for your restaurant. When the equipment is installed together, you can also manifold it together so that only one gas connection is required.
